Millwood has acquired Williamson Pallets business, a family-owned Southside, West Virginia pallet operation.

Millwood will service its accounts from mills in the region, although Williamson is closing the plant.

Williamson will remain actively involved as a consultant to Millwood during the transition period.

Millwood Ron Ringness sales, marketing & technology/partner executive vice president said this is continuation of their growth strategy.

"As opportunities arise, we are actively acquiring new businesses, product lines and customer lists along with hiring new personnel," Ringness said.

Millwood is a supplier of new, used and reconditioned pallets.
